New energy still feels like one of the most exciting industries to explore in Shenzhen.

There were 16 exhibition halls in total, and we spent an entire day deeply exploring only 2 of them.
Out of more than 3,000 suppliers, we shortlisted around 300 companies worth understanding further, and from there identified about 30 we may visit and build deeper conversations with.

Stepping into a new industry reminds me of my early entrepreneurial days over 10 years ago.
Listening carefully at every booth.
Learning. Asking questions. Understanding how the industry really works.

Is the technology difficult? Of course.
But I’ve realized that if you are willing to enter an industry with humility, curiosity, and genuine respect for learning, the path slowly becomes clearer.

China still has enormous opportunities.
Many opportunities are not found by luck, but through deep observation, real conversations, and the willingness to spend time understanding an industry from the ground up.

At this stage of life, choosing what to focus on becomes increasingly important.
Because where you place your time and attention today will shape where you go tomorrow.
