In 2006, Shiwan Pottery Sculpture Artistry were approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of state-level intangible cultural heritage list.Shiwan Pottery Sculpture Artistry has the features of humanity, locality and nationality, and has a unique artistic style in creation. "Shiwan Doll" Pottery Sculpture Artistry can be divided into five categories according to the physical form of figure pottery sculpture, animal pottery sculpture, utensils, micro-sculpture, and tile ridge pottery sculpture.
