The main components of LED panel lights
💡1. Aluminum frame for panel light:
It is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. The appearance is simple and generous. The cost of mold opening is low and the processing cost is low. The IP level of the die-cast aluminum frame can be higher, the surface texture is good, and the overall appearance is beautiful. However, the cost of the early investment mold is relatively high.

A led desk lamp is a desk lamp that uses LEDs, or light-emitting diodes, as a light source. LEDs are solid-state semiconductor devices that directly convert electricity into light. The LED lighting technology it uses is the third generation lighting technology.
💡3. LED light guide plate:
The side LED light is refracted through the dots so that the light is uniformly led out from the front. The light guide plate is the key point of the quality control of the LED panel light. The LED light-emitting diode is a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light. It can directly convert electricity into light. The heart of the LED is a semiconductor chip. One end of the chip is attached to a bracket, one end is the negative electrode, and the other end is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply, so that the entire chip is encapsulated by epoxy resin. If the dot design is not good, the overall light effect will be very poor. Generally, there will be dark sides in the middle, or there will be bright bands in the light entrance, or local dark areas may be visible, or inconsistencies in brightness at different angles. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the outlet, followed by the quality of the plate, but there is no need to superstition the first-line brand plate. The light transmittance between qualified plates is usually almost the same.

The light of the light guide plate is evenly led out, and it can also play a role of blurring the dots. The diffusion plate generally uses acrylic sheet, PC material or PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is slightly higher than that of PC. Acrylic is brittle and the anti-aging performance is weak. The price of PC is slightly expensive but the anti-aging performance is strong. After installing the diffusion plate, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance should be about 90%. Acrylic transmittance is 92%, PC is 88%, and PS is about 80%.

There are currently two kinds of LED drive power supplies. One is to use a constant current power supply, which has high efficiency and a high PF value of 0.95, which is cost-effective. The second is to use a constant voltage power supply with constant current and stable performance.
