朱周快訊｜近日，Architizer 專訪朱周設計創辦人暨創意總監周光明（Kuang Ming Chou），從長期設計實踐出發，分享他對文化、酒店體驗與未來設計價值的思考。

此次訪談亦延續朱周設計於 Paris Design Week 2026 所呈現的內容。透過全季大觀（Grand Ji）的系統展示，朱周從文化、科技、建造與運營等不同層面，重新思考酒店如何回到更完整、更真實的使用體驗。

我們始終相信，設計不只是風格的表達，而是對人、空間與生活方式的持續理解。當科技與工具不斷進步，設計師真正重要的，仍是感知、判斷，以及對「什麼是必要」的理解。

全季大觀將設計從空間延伸至建造與運營。透過裝配式設計與模組化系統，家具、牆板與設備預先整合，減少現場測量、開槽與施工工序，在提升效率的同時，也讓設計品質更穩定地被實現。

How can a hotel room be built with greater efficiency and precision?

For Grand Ji, design extends beyond space into construction and operations. Through prefabricated design and modular systems, furniture, wall panels, and integrated components are prepared in advance—reducing on-site measuring, wiring slots, and construction work while improving efficiency and consistency.

This is more than a new way of building. It reflects our approach to the next generation of hospitality—bringing design, technology, construction, and operations together as one integrated system.

Less work on site. A more efficient building system. A more complete hospitality experience.

從空間、服務到運營，融合智能科技、模塊化建造與可持續策略，讓設計不止於美學，更關注真實的舒適、效率與長期價值。

東方不只是形式與符號，而是一種融入日常的生活方式。全季大觀以此為出發點，探索酒店未來更多的可能。

不是更奢華的酒店，而是更完整的體驗。

A new perspective on the next generation of hospitality.

At Paris Design Week 2026, Grand Ji, designed by Vermilion Zhou Design Group, presents a new vision for how we live, rest, connect, and travel.

Rooted in contemporary Chinese culture and everyday life, the project brings together space, service, and operations with intelligent technology, modular construction, and sustainable thinking—moving beyond aesthetics to enhance comfort, efficiency, and long-term value.

Here, Eastern culture is not expressed through symbols, but through a way of living—quietly shaping the experience of space and hospitality.

Not a more luxurious hotel, but a more complete experience.

「大象無形，靜以觀瀾。」

全季大觀並非追求更大的空間或更奢華的形式，而是全季品牌的一次自然進階——從熟悉而可靠的旅居體驗出發，走向更廣闊的視野、更完整的體驗，以及更成熟的旅居方式。

朱周設計從真實的生活與使用出發，將空間、功能、服務與運營整合為完整的酒店體驗；並將「水、雲、山、茶、松」等東方意象轉化為當代空間語言，融入材料、光影、藝術與日常。

不是讓酒店變得更奢華，而是讓體驗更加完整。

“The Formless Greatness, A Quiet Way of Seeing.”

Grand Ji Hotel represents a natural evolution of Ji Hotel—not towards greater luxury, but towards a more complete hospitality experience.

Designed by Vermilion Zhou Design Group, the project brings together space, function, service, and operations in response to the realities of everyday living. Ideas of water, clouds, mountains, tea, and pine are translated into a contemporary spatial language through materials, light, art, and objects.

Rooted in contemporary Chinese culture, Grand Ji explores a broader vision of hospitality—not a more luxurious hotel, but a more complete experience.

朱周作品｜「上下」展位設計

2026 設計上海，朱周空間設計承接「上下」展位設計，以 「承上啟下」 為核心，從東方智慧中提煉空間秩序，回應傳統在當代生活中的延續與生長。

我們並未以完整場景去描繪某種東方生活方式，而是將工藝作為空間的結構核心。蛋殼漆、竹刻、大漆等非遺工藝被置於展位的重要位置，當代家具、家居與器物圍繞展開，建立清晰而克制的層次關係。

透過重複、陣列與抬升，空間形成節奏，也讓觀看回到更專注的狀態。在我們看來，東方不只是形式語言，更是一種關於秩序、尺度與時間的理解。

這次展位，我們希望回應的，不只是傳統如何被展示，而是它如何在當代語境中持續生長，繼續進入生活。

承其所來，啟其所往。
這既是空間的結構，也是我們對東方方法的理解。

於 2026 設計上海，朱周空間設計承接「上下」展位設計，以 「承上啟下」 為核心，從東方智慧中提煉空間秩序，回應傳統在當代生活中的延續與生長。🍵

展位中的獨立展示亭，被我們定義為一件精神裝置。
它不強調進入，也不追求互動，而是以更克制的方式，讓觀看回到工藝本身，回到器物與人的關係。

在展場複雜而高密度的環境中，我們希望它成為一個安靜而明確的焦點。
不是以形式吸引注意，而是以純粹建立力量；
不是將傳統作為展示的對象，而是讓它在當代語境中繼續發生、繼續生長。🌿

承其所來，啟其所往。
這不只是空間的結構，也是我們對東方方法的一種理解。

朱周空間設計（Vermilion Zhou Design Group）創辦人兼創意總監 周光明 Kuang Ming Chou 受邀擔任 Architizer A+Awards Jury 評委。🤩

Architizer A+Awards 是全球最具影響力的建築與空間設計獎項之一，由國際建築平台 Architizer 主辦。該獎項每年匯集來自建築、設計、媒體與產業領域的國際評審團，評選在建築與空間創新領域具有代表性的作品，並推動建築與設計在全球範圍內的交流與發展。

根據官方時間安排，2026 年 A+Awards 評審投票將於 4 月進行，公眾投票於 5 月開啓，最終獲獎名單預計將於 2026 年 6 月正式公佈。🙌

此次受邀加入評審團，也代表朱周設計在長期實踐中所積累的設計方法與行業經驗獲得國際專業平台的認可。期待與來自世界各地的評委共同見證並推動建築與設計領域的更多可能。😎

Kuang Ming Chou, Founder & Creative Director of Vermilion Zhou Design Group, has been invited to serve as a Jury Member for the Architizer A+Awards.

The Architizer A+Awards is one of the world’s most influential awards programs dedicated to architecture and spatial design.
Organized by the global architecture platform Architizer, the awards bring together an international jury of leading architects, designers, media leaders, and industry experts to recognize projects that shape the future of architecture and the built environment.

According to the official timeline, jury voting will take place in April 2026, public voting will open in May, and the winners will be announced in June 2026.

This invitation reflects the international recognition of Vermilion Zhou’s long-term design practice and experience in developing spatial systems for real-world use.

電動車代表的是更智能、更高效、更環保的工業進化。而酒店設計，也正在經歷同樣的革新——
以系統化思維、模組化建造、智能化管理，讓住宿體驗變得更輕盈、更精准，也更具人性溫度。
