After 15 years accumulation, our team have accumulated more 2K tooling experience for various industries.
We used many different 2K technology: robot, rotate plate, core back, core rotation, cavity rotation, spin form etc.
We also have adequate 2K machine resources for inhouse mould testings. As you can see, a new 2K machine 320T came in May.

The past 2 years is quite difficult. Especially this year, our company added 2 new big mould shops (totally we have 3 big mouldshops now). Frankly to say, there is always too much pressure.
But, thanks to the great supports by our dearest customers and truely friends, this year
our business keep stable.
After today, it will be a completely new year. At this moment, I really want to say a big “Thank You”
to all customers and friends, and hope everything is running smoothly with all of you !

Mid-Autumn Festival Welfare of Aheadmold --- Aheadmold

In China, the 15th day of the eighth month of the Chinese lunar calendar is the Mid Autumn Festival. We also call it Mooncake Festival.

This year, before the festival, Aheadmold have planned a surprise for all employees. Administration department director gave everyone a piece of pink paper with Aheadmold logo and some blessing words in it. There was also a blank textbox, the employees asked to write down the words wanted to say to families and home address. Then administration department staff took back the papers and send out these letters, with a Mid-Autumn festival gift－a box of moon cakes and an electronic blood glucose meter. This sweet welfare made all employees happy. The day before the Mid-Autumn festival, each employee also received one box of moon cakes.

Aheadmold likes a warm big family, all family members are happy to work and live here. This is a very important guarantee for making high quality molds and products for all customers of Aheadmold.

Aheadmold Assembly Team --- Aheadmold

Mold assembly is important for mould manufacturing，we have a professional and strong assembly team.

At present, we have 4 assembly teams; each team has 8-10 workers. To ensure efficiency, most employees are arranged for daytime work; night shift only with 6 employees. Assembly masters generally have 8-20 years tooling experience, some masters would take an apprentice.

Each team has Schedule Control Table, with mold progress updated every day. Schedule Control Table will reflect the customer code, Ahead mould number, mold start processing time, T0 time, mould up-to-date progress, responsible person for assembly, cavity surface requirements, core surface requirements, etc.

Quality Dept will arrange engineers for mold inspection according to our company Mold Acceptance Standard before mould delivery. So Schedule Control Table also reflects moulds waiting for inspection or moulds ready for delivery.

Our company Management Board lay great emphasis in mold shop management (include assembly team). Our technical and management team defined various workflows such as: Copper Electrodes Manufacturing Process, Graphite Electrodes manufacturing process, Welding process, Mould Improvement Process, Mould Modification Process, Mould Delivery Process, Outsourcing Management process, etc.

About mold welding：We do welding only after the customer approval. Normally, customer engineering changes will cause some welding for prototype molds. Or for customer production moulds which stay our factory for long time, customer design changes will resulted in some welding.

Assembly team’s outward work: General is texture, optical mirror polishing (A0 level), etc.
