These questions oftenly asked by customer , shared some of them here to quick check ：

1.Need to know your price for the prototype, (cuts & keys, print, paint, etc.)
We usually will make 2 pcs painted samples , one will be shipped to customer, the other will be kept in factory to be used for the standard of mass-production :
About the sample fees : ###X (only need to send some product’s pictures and size information, we can make quotation. (will offer a cost break-down listing)
·3d cutting including help to improve the quality of 3D drawing , for example increasing the texture, repair some small problems of 3D parts ect. / 3d printing ( the heads and detailed parts will be printed by imported red wax. The other parts will be printed by 5C white wax)/Fixing 3d prototype for silicome molds /Making silicome molds /Casting /Polishing/sanding etc./Master painting/Customized Package
2.Need to know what you will charge for orders of an ES at 30, 50, 100 ect. Quantity:
Low MOQ is accepted.
only need to send some product’s pictures and size information, we can make quotation accordingly .
We have more optional for the package requirements: such as art box , PE foam , molded foam, and Black/white PE foam etc.
3.Need to know how you do payments for production 50% first, etc.
·for the sample cost : 100% payment （but for new customer , can accept 50% deposit to start sample production）
·for the production : 50% deposit before production , 50% balance before shipment.
4.Need to know how you receive payment.
·for the sample : we can accept paypal and TT (wire transfer) including our company’s local account in USA and European.
·for the production : if the amount is more than 10000 USD, we won’t accept the paypal payment (becuase 5% paypal charge fees is very high )
·TT(wire transfer) is our common receive payment ( low bank charge fees and the bank charge fees will be paid by us)
5.Need to know the typical length of an order from start of prototype to shipping to my customers.
·The approx. Length of making prototype to ship painted sample to customer : approx. 50-55 days
The mass-production lead time for (30-60pcs) : approx.45-55 days
So the typical length of an order from start of prototype to shipping to my customers : approx.100-115 days . (excluding the Transportation time)
6. would like to know your process of production and how frequently I would receive updates and photos.
·For important production process, pictures will be sent to customers for confirmation. After confirmation , we will take the next step. For example, 3D cutting, product dimensions, and prototype inspection before mold-opening are all very important production process in the early stage. Pictures will be updated at least once a week. In the early production period, there will be updates 1-2 times a week. During the final painting stage, the frequency of updates will be more depending on the specific situation.
7.Need to know if you will do a drop test for packaging and if I will eceive a video on it.
·Yes. It is necessary.
8. Parts can get broken in shipping, and need to know if you will do replacements parts for pieces.
·After-service is free for customer including the shipping cost . the shipping cost will be paid by us .
small parts will be shipped by express. Large part will be shipped by sea (Tax Free)
