Pendientes hechos a medida para una amiga especial, Nikki, y afortunadamente los recibió hoy en su cumpleaños!!! Ella quería que hiciera aretes que parecieran zanates. Si bien he hecho cientos de aretes antes, nunca he hecho zanates. Estos fueron, con diferencia, los diseños más desafiantes que jamás haya creado. Hice otros 3 prototipos antes que estos, ¡que deseché! ¡Tal vez sea el hilo negro (mis ojos envejecidos ya no ven tan bien como antes)! ¿O el pequeño detalle del pájaro? De cualquier manera, no creo que vuelva a hacerlos nunca más🤣🤣, ¡así que son verdaderamente únicos! Feliz cumpleaños Nikki. Espero que estos pájaros te traen muchas sonrisas😘

Custom made earrings for a special friend,Nikki, and luckily she received them on her birthday today!!! She wanted me to make earrings to resemble grackles. While I’ve made hundreds of earrings before, I’ve never made grackles. These were by far the most challenging designs I’ve ever created. I made 3 other prototypes before these ones, which I scrapped! Maybe it’s the black thread (my aging eyes don’t see as well as they used to)! Or the tiny detail on the bird? Either way, I don’t think I will be making these ever again🤣🤣, so they are truly one-of-a-kind! Happy birthday Nikki. I hope these birds bring you many smiles😘
