We recently visited and stayed in one of our latest projects located in Playa Chiquita, in the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.
It is wonderful to see how nature envelops each of the villas just as we perceive it in the design conceptualization. A bioclimatic project that respects not only the trees on the property but, due to its pile foundations, also their roots and the natural drainage of the land. The use of natural light, cross ventilation, and its emplacement dictated by the existing vegetation create an evident symbiosis with nature. Its low-maintenance materials, ideal for humid and sunny climates, ensure that the functionality and aesthetic appearance of each villa and its pathways create an immersive experience in the environment.
