⚫ 𝑰𝒛𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒂 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒐đ𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒈 (𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎) 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒌𝒕𝒂 𝒛𝒂 𝒌𝒍𝒊𝒋𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂

This was a lovely transformation that made our client immediately fall in love with the results.
The original glossy red mahogany finish gave the table a much heavier, more formal presence. By stripping away the shine and moving toward this soft, natural wood tone, we completely changed its personality. The curves feel lighter, the craftsmanship becomes more visible, and the piece now fits beautifully into modern organic interiors while still honoring its French provincial roots.

with the ease of modern practicality.

And this plain, but otherwise beautiful arched cabinet got its moment with a little bit of help. We created a balance design: structure below, freedom above. A design where cleverness, and beauty quietly do their job, because beauty is lovely... but beauty that works? That’s irresistible.

Fun fact: Many antique apothecary pieces were custom-built for specific shops meaning no two were ever quite the same, which makes this one feel like it’s here waiting for the right space.

Apothecary cabinets were the original organizers long before modern storage existed, before kitchens had spice racks, before farmacies had storage systems…

Which means these type of cabinets were never meant to be just any ordinary pieces of furniture. They were built with purpose, and to hold fragments of history.

Nastali u salonima Francuske 18. veka, ovi biroi (ili dvostrani stolovi) nikada nisu bili namenjeni da budu skriveni u uglovima, već da dominiraju središtem prostorija koje su krasili; svaka strana je bila izrezbarena da bi se videla, svaka fioka je krila tajnu.

Kada restauriramo ovakve komade, cilj nam je da održimo njegovu dualnost... vrstu lepote koja je namenjena i za korišćenje i za divljenje.
