Job Vacancy: Architect + Intern Architect
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

M+N SARKISIAN ARCHITECTS is seeking talented and motivated Architects to join our growing practice in Limassol. We specialize in delivering high-quality architectural and design solutions, blending creativity with precision to create exceptional spaces.
Position Requirements:
ARCHITECT:
* Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture.
* Strong design, technical, and leadership skills, with proven project experience.
* Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes in Cyprus.
* Ability to lead and coordinate a team of junior architects, guiding them through all project stages.
* Excellent knowledge of technical detailing, and construction specifications.
* Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion.
* Knowledge of Archicad will be considered an additional advantage.
* Demonstrated experience in handling projects independently, from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
INTERN ARCHITECT:
* Enthusiastic Young Practicing Architect eligible for the ETEK scheme.
* Eager to learn and contribute to live projects.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge in design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
