MOB design studio MOB design studio is an architecture and design practice founded by architect Stavros Ioannou in 2005.

Based in Nicosia, Cyprus, the studio explores contemporary architecture, interiors and spatial design through context, materiality and human experience. MOB design studio is an architecture and design practice founded in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2005 by architect Stavros Ioannou, who leads the studio as its Principal Architect and Creative Director. The studio approaches architecture as a dialogue between people, place and time. Its work is grounded in context, materiality and the experience of space, seeking an architecture that is both contemporary and deeply connected to its surroundings. Led by Stavros Ioannou, MOB works across architecture, interior architecture and design, with projects ranging from private residences and residential architecture to hospitality, restaurants, workplaces and adaptive reuse. Over the years, the studio’s work has been recognised through architectural awards, distinctions and publications in Cyprus and internationally. Rather than following a predetermined aesthetic, each project develops its own identity through an exploration of proportion, light, landscape, material and human presence. MOB design studio represents the architectural practice and creative direction of Stavros Ioannou, based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
