80% απ’ ό,τι έφτιαξα έχει αυτιά, πατουσάκια ή μουστάκια. Και δεν μετανιώνω ούτε λεπτό! 🤣

Αυτά τα σοκολατένια αυγά είναι το νέο μου δημιούργημα – γεμάτα γλύκα και… χαρακτήρα.

Today's treat is a rich and chocolatey profiterol, even though I had to employ unusual techniques to adjust baking the choux pastry balls in a new oven while out on vacation, they still came out incredibly fluffy. Profiteroles during christmas are a family tradition.
