This year, I want to try a new drawing style and make my work look more African. Since childhood, I have been influenced by European, American, and Asian styles—especially Disney and manga—so much so that I struggled to draw black characters. However, after this sketch, I feel that with more practice, I can achieve it.

C'est incroyable de voir les résultats que peut offrir la persévérance. Cela fait maintenant trois ans que je travaille à m'améliorer en portrait, cherchant les meilleurs matériaux et affinant ma méthode. Aujourd'hui, en comparant mes débuts avec où j'en suis, je suis tout simplement bluffé par le progrès réalisé.
