Less than a year ago we sampled the materials for the delivery of bespoke elements for the interior of La Bottega Oaks Deli Bistro. Without the proper collaboration with the investor and suppliers, this essential process on the path from the concept to realization would not be successful. Chapman Taylor Prague, Interia Znojmo, and Mosaics thank you for the collaboration and the trust from the Oaks Prague investor.

Pred necelým rokom sme vzorkovali materiály atypických výrobkov dodávky interiéru La Bottega Oaks Deli Bistro. Bez správnej kolaborácie s investorom a dodávateľmi, by tento kľúčový proces na ceste od konceptu k realizácií, nebol úspešný. Ďakujem za spoluprácu s Chapman Taylor Prague, Interia Znojmo, Mmosaics, a za dôveru investora Oaks Prague.

Built to rent, residential buildings intended exclusively for rent purposes.
The potential of this developing strategy can be seen not only in the residential development, where the interest in long-term rental is growing but also in the demand for recreational facilities.
The popularity of a short-term rental in the natural environment, far from the urban traffic, generates the escalation of construction.
Projects of recreational premises must balance the provided comfort, rentability of investment, and its ecological impact. To preserve the character and attractiveness of the locality, it is necessary to minimize the interference with the surrounding environment. In this manner, we have designed a series of prefabricated houses. Apart from searching for architectural rendering, we took into account modularity, renewability of materials, acceleration of construction time, and energy efficiency.
One of these projects is The Black Cabin.
