I invite you to the exhibition called "Designed Globally / Made Locally", which I am preparing together with at the end of February in Olomouc, Czech Republic. We would be delighted if you find the time to join us at the opening or visit anytime during the exhibition.

You are warmly invited!

Venue: Olomouc, mimokolektiv – studio and design shop

Opening: 26 February at 18:00

Exhibition dates: 27 February – 25 April 2026

Exhibiting designers: Adam Miklosi (HU), Hiroshi Mitachi (JP), Martin Žampach (CZ), Agustin Arroyo (ES), Lautaro Lucero (AR), Ales Boem (CZ)

Designed Globally / Made Locally
The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to explore how 3D-print technology simplifies production, challenges conventional supply chain and distribution models, and supports the principles of sustainability. The selection of products by designers working with 3D printing was made with an emphasis on visual value and functional quality.

Through this exhibition, we aim to introduce the public to 3D printing as a tool for sustainable, innovative, and aesthetically valuable design that reflects both current and future societal needs.

Global Design, Local Manufacturing – Introducing Distributed Design
We focus on sustainability enabled by 3D printing. This approach opens up compelling perspectives for both designers and manufacturers regarding the future of production and product distribution. There is no longer a need to produce large volumes for stock to achieve economic viability. There is no longer a need to ship goods across half the globe. We can manufacture only what the customer orders – and where they order it.

With thanks to all who supported the exhibition:

LOOPS isn’t just another product collection. It’s a demonstration of how thoughtful design and respect for nature can work together. The project explores how new objects can be created with minimal waste.

The table bases are produced using an industrial robot with a 3D-printing head, enabling large-scale production and the use of a wide range of materials — in this case, a composite with cellulose from responsibly managed forests.

Available in multiple shapes and heights, LOOPS adapts easily to different interiors while showing the potential of additive manufacturing in furniture design. 🛋️

Could an entire collaboration happen online? Yes, it can 😁

The Norwegian interior brand needed several product collections for their launch – sustainably produced and made to order only. Beyond the design development itself, the team also needed support with the production process. All of it, remotely from Prague.

The entire collaboration happened online, from early design studies to final 3D models. Prototypes were produced directly on the client’s printers, allowing fast testing and natural refinement of both form and function within real production constraints.

Result? Collection of vases, bowls, planters and candle holders designed to respect the technology, material and visual identity of the brand — and to work long-term. 🤝🏼

2025 - what a year it was! 😁

From launching SWAP vase to sharing the process through 2 giveaways and growing this space to 4 000+ people who follow my work — thank you for being here.

2025 was also about meeting design in real life.

I brought my products to exhibitions like in Prague, in Brno or .official in Vienna… and I even hosted 2 of my own exhibitions at shops.

Behind the scenes, the year was filled with work and focus. Esthetic photoshoots, inspiration through visited events and exhibitions, placing my products into new shops in Czechia, enriching conversations and some interesting projects - f.e. custom 3D printed trophies for

Right now, I’m fully ready for 2026. But before that, I’ll scroll one last time through my 2025 gallery - and you can scroll with me. 👆🏼
