Alter Stil

Lampen, Leuchten, darunter Wand-, Tisch- und Deckenleuchten im industriellen Stil. Vom Konzept/ Design bis zum Zusammenbau und Fertigstellung - alles von mir persönlich entworfene und liebevoll angefertigte Einzelstücke von 100% Handarbeit. Ich bin kein Aufkäufer, alle meinen Werke sind 100% meine Schaffen und Fantasie. Meine jede Lampe ist ein individuelles Einzelstück und gleicht keiner anderen Lampe, da ich kein Befürworter der Massenproduktion bin. In einigen Lampen sind Altertümlichkeiten verwendet. Wir leben im 21. Jahrhundert, wo die Wegwerfgesellschaft eine Normalität ist, wo wir uns an Fastfood, Einwegmöbel und - Autos bereits gewöhnt haben. Die moderne Fließbandproduktion vernichtet den Geist/ das Charisma und die Individualität eines Produktes... Ich will die Welt nicht verändern, aber ich hoffe...es werden Dutzende Jahre vergehen und vielleicht finden die Enkelkinder von denen, die meine individuellen Stücke mal gekauft haben, eines Tages in der alten Abstellkammer der Oma eine ungewöhnliche Lampe und nach dem Einschalten werden sie, wie von der Zeitmaschine, in den guten "Alten Stil " versetzt. «Alter Stil Donhauser” (Donhauser Old Style) table and wall lamps in industrial style. From concept and design to assembly – our products are 100% hand-made. Every lamp is only one of a kind, unique in its design. Philosophy of our company does not accept stock-produced items. Twenty first century made us accustomed to fast-food, semi-expendable furniture, we’ve got into the habit of “one-time” automobiles. Conveyor assembly kills the individuality and charism of things… I am not willing to change the world, but I hope to… decades will pass and grandchildren of those, who have bought my works will find the unusual lamp in the attic of their grand-grand parents house. Having turned it on they will get a chance to travel back in time to that good old “Alter Stil”. Quality is the matter of the details. Details are of the special attention in all of my works. If the certain component requires painting – all of the necessary steps are thoroughly performed: defatting, coating and only then the process of painting. In matter of wires junction, only soldering is used – no wire-twisting and no mechanical connectors. All the wires inside our lamps are protected with thermostable sleeve and high-quality multi-layer insulating coating. Each lamp socket is grounded.
