Kaikô as an Encounter✨✨✨

An intimate art talk salon.

In this private salon, we gathered for a conversation around Pablo’s art piece”Realities” — an emerging Mexican artist based in Berlin whose work carries a profound depth of cultural heritag, reflection, indigenous wisdoms etc.

Pablo’s rich and rare cultural and family background has led him to question his surroundings and explore the inner landscapes that shape identity and perception.

For me, art is deeply personal. His piece evokes the quiet underworlds of , the depth and stillness of Le Grand Bleu, and a doorway toward feeling secure within oneself.

This work feels like a meditation — a guidance to dive deeper and swim within the self!

Thank you for showing up with your beautiful and open energy: .pso .zukidou_art .krugman and much more 🙏✨

Last year, I traveled to Odate with to make my own Magewappa in a workshop. It was a truly beautiful experience — the gentle scent of cedar, the smooth surface beneath my hands… a treasure born from nature itself 🍃✨ Thank you .yoshinobu for hosting us!

I’m so happy to bring this tradition to France and can’t wait to see all the incredible design ideas from the students of Paris College of Art! .interior.design Let’s reimagine heritage together 🌿🤝

At Paris College of Art, .interior.design I had the honor of giving a lecture on Magewappa — a 1000-year-old traditional craft from Odate, Akita Prefecture.

In collaboration with .zs, we’ve just launched a design competition to reframe Magewappa for the European lifestyle. 🌿

This is one of my dreams — to bring traditional crafts into new cultural contexts, sparking conversations not just about objects, but about the history, people, and stories behind them.

I believe traditional artisanal pieces are art, and through them, we could connect our shared humanity.
