Three things that make a space work.
Not trends. Not rules.
Just the things that last.

From linen factory to loft. The 170m² apartment inside the oldest war-surviving residential building in Prenzlauer Berg — a 19th century industrial structure converted into high-end living space. Original wave ceiling, original terrazzo floor. We added a new layout and kept everything that mattered.
Adaptive reuse is not a trend. It’s the most honest form of architecture.

**FORM03** is now featured on Archello.

Located within a former industrial building in Berlin, the project was designed as a compact pied-à-terre for an international art dealer.

The interior focuses on precision and clarity: custom-built elements integrate storage, furniture and spatial transitions into a continuous architectural language. Instead of filling the space with objects, the design allows crafted details and carefully proportioned volumes to define the character of the apartment.

The result is a calm and highly functional living environment within a minimal footprint.

We’re happy to see **PR33** featured on Archello.

PR33 explores how an existing building can evolve without losing its identity. The project introduces a lightweight timber rooftop extension to a historic Berlin structure, creating new living space while working carefully within the constraints of the original building.

By combining engineered timber construction with a high-performance envelope, the intervention demonstrates how thoughtful densification can strengthen the urban fabric while improving environmental performance.

Working with existing buildings often reveals opportunities that are not immediately visible — spatially, structurally and architecturally.

Doors that extend from floor to ceiling — seamlessly integrated into the architecture.
A refined detail that enhances openness, clarity, and flow.
Minimal yet powerful, they create a sense of continuity while remaining understated.

A bathroom that extends beyond function — opening towards the terrace, seamlessly connected yet entirely private.
No doors, no barriers — just light, material, and the quiet intimacy of space.

Architecture. Interior. Light.
Three layers, one vision.

Long Night of Museums, Berlin 2025.

Honored to have been invited by the JMB — to place architecture and design in conversation with history, memory, and culture.

An evening that reminded us how spaces are not only built, but also experienced and reimagined.
