a traditional Indian breakfast, or we eat it at anytime coz we love it. Its a crispy so called Savory Crepe made up of rice and lentils with a filling of potatoes or you can choose again which veggies u require, with a chutney and sambar side dipping. here a link to an idea...

oh so many times in the hot flea market in anjuna goa i had such a refreshing healthy salad. Its harder to get on festivals coz of the lastingness...but I shall try. A refreshing option of green salad, beetroot salad, tomato basil salad, olives, aubergines n pepperoni, couscous, and so on and so. yes yes yes.....finally you don't have to bring your Maca, Guarana, Spirulina, Acai, etc., on your heavy backpack to keep energized on them tiring and fun festivals.
