You asked. We listened.

A few months back we put it out there: walnut frames with rounded corners or neon? The response was both!

These 10×15 cm solid walnut frames are a permanent addition to the Frameworks family. Rounded corners and just plain pretty. You want to hold this frame! 👐

Custom framing will always be our core but sometimes you want to leave with something special.

Tim Leimbach (geb.

Tim Leimbach (b. 1986, Wuppertal, Germany) is a Berlin-based painter working between figuration and abstraction. His paintings explore human presence, perception, and emotional tension through layered, process-driven compositions built with repetition, erasure, and reworking.

Each week, Frameworks selects one artist to highlight.

In the second part of Episode 5, Andreas Tobias talks about the work of Gabrielle Worgitzki and her daily drawings, which he framed together with Frameworks in a light oak frame, keeping the presentation simple and precise.

For Andreas, each frame is a way to give the work its own presence while staying true to the character of the artist.

In the 5th episode, Part 1, Andreas Tobias talks about how he discovered Michele Cesaratto at Acappela Gallery during Art Basel. He immediately felt drawn to the work, especially the way Cesaratto uses pigments and colors derived from nature.

For Andreas, it was important that the frame would not overpower these qualities, but reflect them. A frame that keeps the work grounded and calm, allowing the natural pigments, textures, and subtle tones to remain the focus.

A closer look inside Andreas Tobias’ world. Artist and curator, he lives in a gorgeous light-filled apartment in Kreuzberg, a space that reflects his deep connection to art. He truly loves to frame. For him, the process feels natural and intuitive at Frameworks, the right frame doesn’t just protect the work, it completes it.

In Episode 5, Andreas shows a selection of his own artworks that he framed with Frameworks and talks about why framing is an essential part of how he lives with art.

Coming out this Friday.
