JAMES is the modern interpretation of the classic “Silent Servant” who for centuries was the perfect companion for the world’s gentlemen to keep their wardrobe in shape overnight and to keep accessories like watches and cuff links in a dedicated place. For many years the principal design of the Silent Servant did not change and was not adapted to the actual life style and was almost forgotten. As founder & CEO of BAUMONDI Interior I took the idea of this interesting interior object to the next level. Together with Italian designers and manufacturing companies I developed a unique functional design object, handmade in highest quality by experienced family owned manufacturing companies with a variety of potential combinations of materials, colors and surfaces finishes. Due to this unique and innovative concept JAMES was awarded with the well famous German Design Award. James has already been delivered to the suites of the Four Seasons Hotels in Florence, Milan and soon in Cap Ferrat, to a popular Men’s fashion store in Milan, the show room of Frauscher Boats in Port Adriano, Mallorca as well as to several private homes across Europe.
