At the lui-House in Herford, smart lighting adapts to the people and spaces using it.
From coworking desks and meeting rooms to the café, users can easily adjust and dim the lighting via smartphone or select predefined scenes for meetings, presentations or relaxed get-togethers.

The modern historic workplace:

For its new Berlin headquarters, CBRE transformed two floors of the historic Schickler building into a flexible and contemporary working environment – with open spaces, meeting areas and room for collaboration and creativity.

As part of the sustainability concept, energy-efficient LED lighting with AIMOTION technology helps create the right atmosphere across the different spaces, adapting to the people using them.

At the USM Haller showroom in Hamburg, modular design meets smart lighting control by AIMOTION:

Lighting automatically dims after closing and brightens again in the morning, helping save energy while keeping daily routines effortless.
Smart functionality also extends to the customer welcome. An AIMOTION track sensor works with the AIMOTION Plug & Play Switch to activate a chime when visitors enter, alerting the team without any additional wiring.

From Christmas celebrations to baptisms, the lighting at St. Maria–St. Vicelin Church in Neumünster changes with the occasion.
Using AIMOTION’s wireless controls, the sacristan can select preset scenes on an iPad, or adjust anything to their liking. Behind the scenes, wireless lighting control also helped significantly reduce the cost of the lighting upgrade for St. Vicelin.

Comfort at work starts with the right light.
The Beiersdorf office in Hamburg shows how this can work in practice.

With AIMOTION’s intelligent swarm control, luminaires don’t just react individually, they work together: When someone enters a workspace, the luminaire at their desk provides full working light —
while surrounding luminaires gently brighten to create a balanced and comfortable atmosphere, without leaving the rest of the office in the dark.

And when more people arrive? The lighting responds. When they leave? It dims again. When there’s enough daylight? Artificial light is reduced automatically.

Today’s reality is all about energy: rising prices and a new urgency around efficiency.

Meanwhile AIMOTION is right there, putting resource-optimized solutions into practice.
Across two floors at KÖ Bogen II (Düsseldorf, Germany) we implemented Casambi-based lighting control
alongside automated temperature control, smart access and room-utilisation technology.

The aim was to use the building’s resources more intelligently - while elevating the workplace experience of the people inside.

Throwback to the grand opening of our client Breuninger in Hamburg!

After working with Breuninger on their Munich location, we were involved in the lighting control design for their entire new three-story store at Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier.
AIMOTION provided and programmed the essential Casambi devices, making sure everything works seamlessly across all levels.

It’s great to see the project come to life in such an impressive space!
