In between oil layers, I wet sand in grits of 4000, 6000, 8000, and finally 12000 before I finally take the pipe to the buffing wheel. Though it looks cloudy, once I buff it, the sheen explodes like glass.

Back from vacation, I finished this smooth and shiny horn with vintage orange bakelite.

Dressy Classic Billiard with Sterling band and saddle stem.

This Dublin with trapezoid shank has a kind of Egyptian flair, reinforced by the mammoth shank end and the pyramid-like shape and lines. Fascinating piece of mammoth ivory! This one is for 9mm filters. Available here or in my online store.
