Beautiful 1970’s-80’s Dutch made Warmink grandfather clock. Polished dark hazelnut burl wood finish topped with three matching finials. Lions feet, locking door, removable hood with fret cut sides. The Warmink clock company made nice high end clocks until they went out of business in the 1980’s.

The solid brass movement is a one week running with Westminster quarter hour chiming. There is a silencer switch to stop the chiming. The clock dial features a moon and date calendar. I fully serviced the movement and provide a 1 year guarantee on the movement. I will teach you how to set it up.

Dimensions in CM: 2.16H x .52 x.35D.

This clock is currently located in Hochheim am Main. I can deliver it for a fee depending upon your location.

This is an excellent German grandfather clock with fine details. This is a significant cut above most German made grandfather clocks. This is hard to find example of a 1910-1920’s Leipzig Etzold & Popitz manufactured clock. The company logo is on the chime bracket. The company later reformed under DUFA name and subsequently merged with Kienzle clock company.

The clock case is two toned solid hazelnut wood and veneer. Set on front bun feet with blocked rear feet. The large door is nicely trimmed with 6 rectangular glass elements. The upper door is with rounded plate glass with a push closure. There are two removable side doors for access to the movement. The right side of the clock has a protruding wood splinter. Per the previous owner, this could have been damaged during WWII in the city of Aachen where great grandparents lived.

The movement is solid brass; runs for one week; chimes on the 1/2 and full hour on a large coiled chime spring with a deep note. I completely serviced the movement and I guarantee the movement for one year.

The clock is currently displayed at the store at Kindsbacher Straße 48, 66877 Ramstein-Miesenbach. Come and see my beautiful clocks as well as who has a fine curated selection of her exquisite custom painted furniture and clocks.
