A dictionary of colour ways (part 2).

Coming up with these took a lot of years of trial and error. But thankfully BOTZ Flüssigglasuren have the best selection of glazes that a colourful potter could wish for that I can continue to refine and create new combinations to add to the catalogue.

Hej hej from Sweden.

We’ve managed to so much of the country in a short amount of time, driven through multiple different landscapes and small towns, and I can say with full confidence, it won’t be the last time we visit.

Tomorrow, we head home and I can’t wait to jump back onto the wheel to start getting creative again.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy these impressions from this lovely Scandinavia country.

Still processing the busy month of September.

From starting a new physio role, to launching the online collection, and working on another video for Botz glazes, to having time off to travel.

I’m honestly looking forward to the hibernation months ahead, but will always be counting my blessings.

I’ve had a recent obsession with making ceramic pourers lately, and I’m excited to share the full making process for how I make one from start to finish.

My vision for these is that they would be used for storing oil, or soy sauce. Until recently, someone commented that they would be great for storing larger amounts of hot chocolate, which I honestly love! Image topping up a little cup with hot chocolate every time it’s been drunk empty! So be it, oil or hot chocolate, these pourers are suitable for them all!
