We believe that food made with love is about more than simply satisfying hunger; it carries emotions, memories, and a little bit of happiness. Every plate tells a story of care, patience, and the heart we put into preparing it.

Whether the food is simple or elaborate, prepared for a small gathering or a grand celebration, what matters most is that every bite carries the taste of love and the feeling behind it.

Many of you ask us where we like to travel and what our favorite travel destinations are.

We have to say that, by far, Puglia, in the heel of Italy, is one of the most beautiful regions where we love to spend our vacations. Puglia is one of those places that is not only a feast for the eyes, but truly a pleasure for all five senses.

The beautiful sea, stunning beaches, breathtaking sights, beautiful nature, excellent food, and, of course, the wonderful people—all of this makes the region such a special destination.

What’s especially interesting is that a large part of the tourists you meet there are actually Italians themselves. It gives you a wonderful opportunity to experience firsthand how Italians live with style, passion, and love, and how they truly know how to enjoy life.

Whether you’re on one side of the heel of Italy or the other, both sides are absolutely beautiful. Of course, we also have our own favorite places—places that impress us deeply every time and make us return to work each year with renewed energy, lots of new ideas, and fresh inspiration.

And what’s most interesting of all are the festivals and celebrations held in mid-August at different locations and in different masserie. They are incredibly beautiful and fascinating, and are organized with so much taste, attention to detail, and passion that they truly become a unique and unforgettable experience.
