Holistic Alaye wants to set itself apart from other businesses that may offer a similar type of service. We work to re-imagine soul food in a way that captures the familiar soul food flavor in each meal while also using fresh ingredients to promote "clean eating". A person's diet often affects their overall wellbeing either in a positive way or adversely. While in conversation with several potenti

al customers, we've learned that they desire the services we are proposing, but are often turned off by the cost and the taste of "healthy food".

Beginning motherhood in my forties has been a collision course back to myself and in ways I could not imagine😩🙌🏾 It is the hood I didn't know I needed.🥹😘🤗😍🐝🍯✨️ He came early to jolt me into purpose and proper position.

The gift of life!⚓️

One of the best things I did for us is plant our placenta!🪷 Around mother's day 4 years I planted lillies on the porch, shortly thereafter - I gave birth. I planted a red lily over our placenta and each year it returns multiplied! 🌿

Happiest Mother's Day to the mothers, ma's, momma, mommy's, mama's, mami's, umi's, yeye's & all benevolent, nurturing & loving energies.

36 hours to pure joy!✨️ I went home to link up with my kindergarten classmates and friends of Bethany Christian School! What a THRILL!!!😆

Plus, I asked for a parking spot close to or in front of wherever I (we) were going AND the universe delivered EACH time!🥹😍
..and the ride back to Richmond was absolutely magical, from rain to sunshine, rainbows, crescent moon and stars 🌟

I bumped into a Richmond legend and my first and best restaurantuer mentor😆 Sugarfoot aka Foot! He taught me LOTS back then & even now! Yesterday, he told me I was elusive😂 and that it's time for me to lock in.

Then we saw him again today and so many other FABULOUS people at Croket Spot's 25th Year Anniversary Block Party! It was like a family reunion, nostalgic and futuristic at the same time✨️ I miss Southside🍯

Why I call myself Your Healer Dealer... in real life🥹 Earlier today I received a call that a family member appeared to be in "spiritual crisis" & my assistance was needed. I packed my medicine bag with everything from turpentine to garlic shell shavings & headed over. When I arrived I scanned the house for unwanted entities and energies then went to work! By the time I was done the family member was feeling lighter, stable & smiling. Yes, there is more work to be done but the medicine was received and for that, I am grateful!

I'm sharing this because when you have spiritual gifts in deeply religious environments, it can be difficult to be seen, seriously. However, I am a walking testament of the work I provide to others and healing works with the proper prescription... and action.
