So mancher Pferdehalter wird das Urteil vermutlich als nicht gerechtfertigt erachten, vor allem, wenn man eine ganz bestimmte Stute so im Kopf hat. Hab ich recht?

Übrigens, am Aktenzeichen kann man erkennen, wie lange es gebraucht hat, bis das Urteil fiel. Knapp 3 Jahre Verhandlungsdauer. Seit 01.01.2026 würde das Verfahren auch nicht mehr beim Landgericht landen, sondern beim Amtsgericht, da die Streitwertgrenze von vormals 5.000 EUR auf 10.000 EUR angehoben wurde.

Das Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig und es könnte somit auch noch vor dem Oberlandesgericht weitergehen.
