Welcome to my kimchi page! Currently the military has sent us to Germany! I make and sell kimchi at the Ramstein Community Center.

I am no longer in business in Colorado Springs. Thank you so much for all your support while I was in Colorado.

This has been a difficult decision to make.
With regret, I won't be making and selling kimchi after all on May 30th at Ramstein Community Center's flea market. With the heat wave coming through next week, the quality of my kimchi will be affected.
Thank you for the support all of you have given me while here in Germany. I have loved sharing my love of kimchi with you all. My family will be PCSing this summer. We will miss Germany.
