This International Chefs Day, we’re starting something new with Chef Ali. 👨‍🍳

Introducing Cook with Arshia, a new recipe series bringing Chef Ali’s recipes together with Arshia appliances.

For the first episode, he’s making steak with mushroom sauce using the Arshia Griller.

Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:
250 g brown or white mushrooms, finely chopped
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms for 6–8 minutes until golden. Add the garlic and cook for another 30–60 seconds. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the cream, then simmer on low for 4–6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
