Naroska is an independent, owner-operated design studio in Berlin. We create image programmes, symbols, logos, publications, books, magazines, posters, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, interiors, signage systems and websites. Our mission is to help individuals, large companies, institutes and non-profit organisations find their own visual identity.

We handle all projects with the same degree of passion and meticulous attention to detail. We work in close cooperation with our customers, listening and analysing to find individual and effective solutions with a new and surprising twist. That is the challenge we set ourselves with
every new project. Good ideas are what really count in the end.

C/O Berlin Talent Award 2025 Publication and Exhibition

The book is two in one. On the right-hand side is German, and when turned, on the left-hand side is English. The front and back are therefore covers. There is no beginning and no end. Through the reflection of the viewer in the cover, they can “read„ their own face.

Sheung Yiu (born 1991, Hong Kong/Finland) is a Hong Kong-born visual artist and researcher based in Helsinki. In his artistic practice, he explores imaging practices that emerge at the intersection of ubiquitous photography and large-scale data processing. He is currently exploring the history of face reading and facial recognition to understand how photographs become predictions. His works manifest themselves in the form of photographs, video essays, Desktop performances, exhibition installations and artist books.

Megan Williams (born 1995, UK) is an author, editor and researcher in the field of art based in London. Her writing has been published in The Guardian, Elephant, CNN and Creative Review, where she was part of the editorial team from 2019 to 2025.

The C/O Berlin Talent Award is presented once a year in the categories of art and theory to a tandem under the age of 35. It comes with prize money for both winners, a solo exhibition and a custom-designed publication. A joint artist talk rounds off the collaboration between theory and practice.

After Nature Ulrike Crespo Photography Prize 25
Together with the Crespo Foundation, C/O Berlin awards the After Nature . Ulrike Crespo Photography Prize to two artists selected by an international jury. The prize honours two international artists who use photography and lens-based media to respond to the changing ecologies of the present.
The results are shown in two exhibitions and accompanied by catalogues. These are produced with the smallest possible carbon footprint. The visual identity is applied to posters, invitations, certificates, exhibition design, etc.
An annual visual identity was developed for the After Nature Prize.

For Julian Rosefeldt’s exhibition at C/O Berlin, we collaborated with the artist to design a book with the same title, Nothing is Original. It is designed like a Moleskine sketchbook, which the artist uses for his notes and drawings. The collages on the double pages were compiled and photographed by Julian Rosefeldt. Short anecdotes provide insight into his thoughts and working methods. The book is published by Spector Books.

Sauna is the new luxury – Inspired by Kintsugi
Life leaves its mark. Some marks are visible, others accompany us quietly. RELAQZ stands for a conscious approach to these changes. The basis for the design of the cosmetics brand’s image is based on the Japanese art of Kintsugi. Here, true beauty lies in imperfection. Broken items are repaired with care. The breaks are refined with gold. The cracks are not concealed, but deliberately emphasized as part of the story. We are very proud to have created the overall design for this brand new brand. From Packaging to stationary.

25 years of C/O Berlin. Time has flown by. The result is a campaign consisting of a selection of over 250 posters designed by Naroska over the last 25 years. The slogan is based on the postal abbreviation C/O “Taking care of...” and thus also refers to the name C/O Berlin.
The celebrations lasted three days. On the open house day, over 3,500 visitors came to our building and celebrated with us.
