VIBIA’s Plusminus System at Charlottehaven | Hotel Apartments & Suites | Events | Health Club in Østerbro has recently undergone a series of updates to its ground-floor facilities, including the reception and café area

As part of the project, Camilla Alexandra Schmidt developed the design and placement of the lighting, working alongside interior designer Julie Simonsen | We supplied a lighting solution based on VIBIA’s flexible Plusminus system

Plusminus is a versatile lighting system based on a textile belt with integrated wiring | The system allows for custom configurations and combinations of different fixtures, giving architects creative freedom to integrate lighting in new ways

Above the bar, a series of Plusminus Linear Low Glare profiles are combined with Plusminus Cone pendants in VIBIA’s muted red and green tones, complementing the colours and interior of the bar

In the window areas, the expression becomes more playful, with Plusminus Spotlights suspended from the textile belt at varying heights

Lunelle – an architectural spot series from Deltalight that explores a new material expression through natural sculpted porcelain

The spot gives a precise, directed light, while the translucent porcelain body diffuses a glow, revealing a soft second layer of light

Lunelle adapts to the architecture with multiple mounting options: semi-recessed, surface mounted or on track systems

Extend the outdoor season a little longer with portable lights from Vibia

The Mayfair Mini table lamp draws inspiration from classic French bouillotte lamps – the design is reinterpreted with a modern, minimalist expression

Out is a floor lamp for the terrace with a soft illumination | The design is inspired by flowers standing and swaying in the summer breeze

Alba resembles a candle light and is designed to create a cosy atmosphere at the dining table | Bring it outside and choose between three light levels

The finely woven textile shade of Closer provides a soft, diffused light | The portable floor lamp comes in three shapes and colors

Meridiano functions as a stool or side table for summer gatherings on the terrace or in the garden and gives a decorative light through its circular steel structure

Choose between more than 38 metal finishes or RAL colors to match your existing fixtures

Along the walls at Bottega Barlito, the decorative Flume wall lights from J. Adams & Co are installed in a satin nickel finish, complementing the dark wooden panels

The project takes its starting point in the original setting and draws inspiration from the grand Copenhagen restaurants of the early 1900s, with references such as high wall panels, dark wood, white tablecloths and marble details

As with their sister restaurant Barlie, the focus of the lighting design has been to support a sense of presence and atmosphere, with fixtures that work in harmony with the interior

A new private lighting project via MARTINE LIE Interior Concepts

At the centre of the entrance, the Orbit Pendant 6 Drop from J. Adams & Co is suspended between the floors and staircase | Six Orbit pendants come together in a sculptural composition with red marble and matte opal glass, creating a soft and welcoming light

The Orbit is also installed as a wall light along the staircase and beside the entrance mirror

Another decorative element is the Gioielli Wall 01 from Giopato & Coombes which is inspired by antique gemstones combining Murano glass and brass
