Clay, creativity, snacks, and summer fun! ☀️

Join us every Tuesday in July for Summer Clay Club at YONOBI - a creative holiday workshop for children who love making things with their hands.

Each week, we’ll explore a new clay project and create practical keepsakes to bring home, such as pencil holders, trinket dishes, plant pots and tooth fairy boxes.

The workshops include a fun clay challenge, a snack break, free creation time, and plenty of decorating along the way.

Anne guided the room through layered slips, brushwork and sgraffito, while Cami brought her illustrative universe to the clay surface. The pieces that came out of this session blew us away ✨

Just around the corner from Nybrogade, we’re opening a second home for wheel throwing. Bright windows, a sunny courtyard, and a beautiful Danish timber-framed setting.

A very lovely one coming up 🫶

On June 10, we’re welcoming to Yonobi Aarhus for an afternoon dedicated to sgraffito - the art of scratching illustrations and patterns into colored slip.

Together, we’ll explore how drawing and ceramics can meet in playful and personal ways while experimenting with color, texture, and surface decoration on clay. Camilla will share inspiration from her creative universe, and Anne from our Odense studio will guide us through the techniques and possibilities of working with colored slips 🌛✨
