Finca Selva, Mallorca marks the second chapter in the Vipp Residences collection — a portfolio of co-owned, design-led vacation homes.

Bathed in Balearic light and surrounded by 1.4 hectares of private landscape, this newly built finca opens towards peaceful views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Set at the foot of this UNESCO World Heritage landscape, Selva offers a slower rhythm of life — a place where architecture, nature and everyday rituals come together.

Some designs never fade — they simply become part of the way we live.

Designed by Miguel Milá in 1962, the Cesta collection has become one of Santa & Cole's most enduring icons. Inspired by the traditional lanterns found along Mediterranean homes and terraces, its handcrafted cherry wood frame gently cradles an opal glass globe, casting a warm, atmospheric light.

Over the years, the family has grown to suit contemporary living, now including indoor and outdoor versions, portable rechargeable models, wall lights and table lamps. Alongside the original, Cesta Metálica reinterprets the design in steel, balancing architectural precision with the warmth of an optional leather handle.

Designed by Roberto Lazzeroni in 1996, Chambre Close for .Collezioni transforms a daily ritual into an object of quiet beauty. Crafted from solid American walnut and weighing less than 3 kilos, its light, essential structure is inspired by the elegance of Japanese ideograms.⁠
