1- 3D Modeler / Visualizer ID01

Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings using 3ds Max Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and sketches into detailed 3D visualizations.
• Prepare interior and exterior visual presentations for client reviews.
• Maintain accuracy in modeling architectural details, materials, and lighting.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in architectural visualization.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and collaborate in a team environment.

2- Technical Architect / Interior Designer TE02

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Develop BOQs, material specifications, and detailed design packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience

3- Site Engineer (Alexandria) SE003

Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate between office and site teams to resolve design and ex*****on issues.

• 1–3 years of experience in interior finishing and site supervision.
