This exhibition booth design was created to showcase a seamless blend of architecture, interior, and commercial identity — reflecting the essence of creative innovation.

The concept focuses on elegant minimalism, where warm textures, modern lighting, and natural materials work together to create a space that feels both luxurious and inviting. Each zone — from the cozy lounge and discussion area to the bedroom setup — is designed to highlight how functionality and aesthetics can coexist beautifully within limited space.

Proud to share one of our latest exhibition booth designs — a modern and functional space that blends architectural form, material harmony, and lighting precision.

The concept was developed and visualized using 3ds Max for modeling, V-Ray for realistic rendering, and Photoshop for final post-production and presentation.

My goal was to create a space that feels both functional and inspiring, highlighting the brand’s identity while maintaining harmony between textures, colors, and lighting.

Each stage — from concept to final render — is a reminder of how powerful design visualization can be when creativity and technology work together.

This stage is where the full workflow comes together — lighting, materials, reflections, and geometry all calculated through physically based rendering.

Each pixel represents complex computations: light bounces, global illumination, and ray tracing working together to simulate real-world behavior. The render time may be long, but it’s what ensures photorealistic accuracy and depth.

High-quality rendering isn’t just about visuals — it’s about precision, realism, and the art of translating design intent into a tangible image.

🧱 Industrial Interior Visualization Using 3ds Max + V-Ray Override Material.

Exploring the power of 3ds Max and V-Ray in visual storytelling — this project focuses on achieving a realistic industrial-modern living space through a balanced blend of textures, lighting, and composition.

The first render highlights the final visualization, showcasing rich brown leather materials, layered lighting, and natural decor elements.

The second image demonstrates the V-Ray Override Material workflow — a key step that allows for clean lighting and material adjustments without distractions, ensuring accurate reflections, shadows, and color balance before applying final shaders.

This process is essential in achieving:
Controlled global illumination
Precise material testing
Enhanced realism in post-material stages
A perfect example of how technical precision meets design aesthetics.

🎨 Interior Design meets Art & Emotion

A new visualization I created using 3ds Max + V-Ray, inspired by the beauty and balance of human movement.

The concept focuses on how a sculptural form — like this graceful ballerina — can bring life, rhythm, and emotion into a modern interior space.

I wanted to show that interior design isn’t just about furniture or layout, but about how every element — light, texture, art — tells a story and shapes the feeling of the space.

From the wood wall panels to the marble floor lamp and reflections on the glass shelving, every material was chosen to create harmony between modern design and artistic expression.

🖥️ Created using:
3ds Max-V-Ray-Photoshop (for post-production)

🧩 Modeling Process
All architectural elements (floor, walls, ceiling panels, lighting fixture base, and marble column) were modeled directly in 3ds Max using editable poly and spline modeling.
The sculpture model was imported as a high-poly mesh and optimized using ProOptimizer to maintain smooth topology without losing surface detail.
The marble floor lamp was created using spline lathe modeling for the cylindrical form, with custom geometry for the circular discs and central shaft.
Furniture and shelving units were referenced from a custom Minova library, built for consistent scale and realistic proportions.

💡 Lighting Setup
The lighting composition was built around a 3-point system, combining one main V-Ray Dome Light (with HDRI map for global illumination), one Rectangular Fill Light for subtle contrast, and one Spotlight accent directed toward the sculpture.
V-Ray Plane Lights were used for secondary reflections on glass cabinets and wall panels.
Environment lighting intensity was balanced using V-Ray Exposure Control and a linear workflow (2.2 gamma).

🧱 Materials & Shaders
V-Ray Materials (VRayMtl) were used across all objects with carefully tuned reflection glossiness and bump maps.
The sculpture shader used a custom bronze mix material — combining VRayBlendMtl with a warm SSS layer for realistic skin-like softness under warm light.
Wood wall panels: procedural bump + reflection maps for vertical grooves.
Marble: procedural texture with subtle noise + reflection roughness to avoid flat speculars.
Glass shelving: thin geometry with Fresnel reflections (IOR 1.52) and light caustics enabled for realism.

🖥️ Rendering Setup
Render Engine: V-Ray Next (GPU + CPU Hybrid)
GI: Brute Force (Primary) + Light Cache (Secondary)
Image sampler: Bucket mode with 0.01 noise threshold
Resolution: 3840 × 2160 (4K output)
Render Time: Approx. 1 hour 25 minutes per frame on RTX 4090
Post-Processing: V-Ray Frame Buffer (VFB) color correction + Photoshop adjustments for contrast, sharpness, and warm tone balance.

🎨 Design Concept
The artistic idea was to express motion within stillness — integrating a ballerina sculpture as the emotional centerpiece of a structured, modern interior.
The composition was built to lead the viewer’s eye from the marble base upward through the sculpture’s dynamic pose, framed by light and shadow.

In this visualization, I explored the power of V-Ray Override Materials to study lighting, composition, and material interaction without the distraction of textures.

The first image shows the final render with full material details, while the second uses the override material technique — allowing focus on light balance, reflections, and shadows before applying the final shaders.

This method is an essential step in achieving realistic results and ensuring that every element of the scene — from the pendant lights to the furniture and wall finishes — interacts harmoniously with the light.

This workflow not only refines realism but also strengthens the storytelling behind each project. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in achieving harmony between form, texture, and atmosphere.

Every detail matters when it comes to interior visualization. This design demonstrates how we move from a 3D model to a photorealistic render that captures both style and function.

🔹 Step 1 – Modeling in 3ds Max
We start by building accurate 3D geometry for all elements — furniture, lighting, and architectural details — ensuring proportions and layouts reflect the real-world design.

🔹 Step 2 – Material & Texture Application
Textures and shaders are applied carefully to bring surfaces to life — from the softness of fabric to the reflectivity of metal and the warmth of wood finishes.

🔹 Step 3 – Lighting Setup with V-Ray
Lighting plays a key role in mood and realism. Using V-Ray, we set up both natural and artificial lighting to enhance the ambiance and highlight design elements.

🔹 Step 4 – Rendering & Post-Production
With V-Ray’s powerful rendering engine, we achieve a balance of realism and aesthetics. Final touches in post-production refine the image for presentation.
