What will we learn in the workshop?
• Discover the materials and how to choose the right ones for letter writing (envelopes, pens, paper, glue, etc.)
• Learn how to make envelopes with a hands-on approach (sizes and components)
• Explore cutting techniques (freehand and with tools) with practical applications
• Dive into journaling, cutting, and pasting in letter design, including:
- How to search for images and visuals to inspire creativity
- How to tell a story using paper, pictures, newspapers, and magazines
- How to organize your ideas and visualize the final design before glueing, to create a letter that stands out — whether for yourself or as a gift for someone special
- Final project: Craft your own Handmade Letter, telling a story of your own in an artistic way.
