Butlers & Co is defined by a raw, material-led language that mirrors the character of its cuisine, layered, hybrid, and rooted in Egyptian influence. The design avoids refinement for its own sake, instead leaning into texture, imperfection, and honesty in the built form.

At its centre, an iconic tree organizes the space, acting as a spatial and social anchor that connects the surrounding seating areas and reinforces a shared, grounded atmosphere.

Jams Hall; where music, performance, and experience meet. Designed as a fully integrated multipurpose venue, every detail extends beyond the stage: dedicated backstage facilities, artist support spaces, a professional kitchen, and a continuous service corridor ensuring seamless operations.

One of the first projects of its kind in Egypt, Jams redefines the modern event space, part music hall, part theater, part cultural destination. Built for live shows, immersive experiences, and endless possibilities.

We believe the most exciting spaces are the ones that break convention. Jams Hall is one of them.

The design of this presidential villa is rooted in a carefully developed floor plan that defines circulation, spatial hierarchy, and the relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

This one-story presidential villa is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea in Marina.

Designed for official state use, the residence hosts distinguished guests in a setting defined by discretion, composure, and quiet authority.

Four bedrooms and integrated service facilities are carefully planned within a seamless waterfront layout balancing privacy with openness to the sea.

Designing 5-Star Living for this incredible client meant taking inspiration from the hotels she’s experienced around the world and weaving them into a home in Egypt that feels entirely hers. Following the success of our earlier prototypes, we were commissioned by Egyptian Saudi Developers to design a new residential prototype carefully differentiated, yet fully aligned with Marina’s established architectural language.
