With great pride, QMC extends heartfelt congratulations to the Egyptian people on the grand opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum — one of the most remarkable cultural projects of the 21st century.

في واحد من مشروعاتنا بالمنصورة، كان مطلوب نجهز ونعيد تشطيب فرع بنك مكوّن من دورين طبقا لهوية البنك الجديدة وتصميمه الجديد.
التحدي؟ كل دور لازم يخلص في ويك إند واحد بس: نبدأ الخميس بالليل ونسلّم فجر الأحد علشان البنك يفتح في مواعيده الرسمية.

الجدول الزمني كان محسوب والخطة كانت واضحة… لحد ما جينا ننفذ أول دور وحصلت المفاجأة:
كل الموردين في المنصورة قافلين يوم الجمعة، وحتى سائقي النقل أجازة! 🤯
الخامات مش موجودة، الوقت بيجري، والضغط النفسي كان في أعلى مستوياته.

الفريق كان قدامه 3 اختيارات كلها شبه مستحيلة:

القاهرة بعيدة والطريق زحمة → 5 ساعات ضايعين.
الموردين في القرى عندهم كميات متفرقة → محتاج مجهود مضاعف.
سائقي النقل أجازة يوم الجمعة.

لكن رغم الضغط، الفريق قرر يركز بهدوء ويدوّر على حلول خارج الصندوق:
💡 جمعنا الخامات من القرى الصغيرة حوالين المنصورة.
🚚 ومع عدم وجود عربيات نقل… استعنا بـ العربيات الكارو اللي بتتجر بالحصان والحمار 🫏🐎.

المنظر كان كوميدي جدًا – خامات مشروع بنك بتتنقل بعربيات كارو 🐎 🫏😂 – لكن النتيجة جيدة جدًا:
✔️ الدور الأول خلص في ميعاده.
✔️ الدور الثاني كمان اتسلم في ويك إند تاني.
✔️ والفرع بالكامل اتسلم في الجدول المحدد.

الدرس اللي فضل معانا:
الضغط جزء طبيعي من أي مشروع، لكن الفرق الحقيقي بيبان في ثبات الفريق وقدرته على استغلال الموارد المتاحة.
وكمان… البيئة المحيطة بالمشروع مش مجرد خلفية، دي عنصر أساسي لازم يتحسب له من أول يوم.
