🚨 WE’RE HIRING – FITTER’S ASSISTANT 🚨

The Prestige Group is looking for a Fitter’s Assistant to join our growing team.
We specialise in high-quality awnings, blinds, pergolas, shutters and garage doors, and we pride ourselves on delivering a professional, high-end service to our clients.

🔧 About the Role:
This is a hands-on role working closely with our experienced fitters. You will assist with installations and support the team on-site and in the workshop.

Your duties will include:
✔️ Assisting fitters with installations of awnings, blinds, pergolas and shutters
✔️ Preparing tools, materials and equipment for jobs
✔️ Loading and unloading materials and deliveries
✔️ Supporting on-site work at customer properties
✔️ Keeping the workshop and work areas organised

✅ What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Practical and comfortable with hands-on work
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work on-site and follow instructions
👉 Previous experience is not essential, but would be an advantage
👉 Full driving licence is essential
👉 English and Spanish essential | Other languages a big advantage

💼 What We Offer:
• Full-time contract, stable position with paid holidays.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Long-term opportunity within a growing company
• Friendly, professional working environment
• Competitive salary (depending on experience)

My wife and I wanted to share our experience with you and your team. In summary, we are extremely satisfied with the entire process/final product and are more than thankful that we selected you as the vendor to install the shutters and grilles.

In our interactions, I found you very responsive, appreciated the options/explanations you provided and your recommendations. Of course, am also pleased that the final invoice was exactly as per your original offer.

As for your team - my wife and I can only extend our warmest appreciation.

Some key attributes:

- All were dressed professionally and arrived each morning with clean clothes (sounds like a given but we’ve unfortunately experienced the opposite in occasions with other vendors).

- They were always utmost friendly and informed us in advance of what work they will perform and when. They also actively asked us our opinions/wishes concerning the placement of the switches for the shutters.

- We also appreciate the coordination of your team and the window installers; we recognise that this involved much flexibility from your team and, here too, a thank you to them for making it work.

- Another item to be highlighted is that your team took steps to cover the flooring, always cleaned-up/vacuumed after their work (here too, we’ve had opposite experiences).

The quality of craftsmanship is visible in the results - excellently executed and we are very satisfied with the installation.
