Come with us behind the scenes of yesterday’s installation day at Solum 🤎

Yesterday, our team spread out across multiple apartments as we installed the custom-made curtains that were designed specifically for each home.

Curtains are often treated as the finishing touch. In reality, they shape the atmosphere of a space just as much as the furniture, materials and lighting do. They soften, frame and bring every interior together.

Every curtain was carefully selected, custom made, ordered and professionally installed to complement the unique design of each apartment.

These are the moments you don’t always see, but they’re an essential part of creating homes that feel complete.

And this is only the beginning… 👀

Behind the scenes, something beautiful is taking shape. ✨

While the spaces are still empty today, we’re already imagining how they’ll feel tomorrow. Warm, timeless interiors where every detail has been carefully considered.

Over the coming months, we’ll be bringing more than 67 luxury new-build apartments in the south of Tenerife to life. From the very first measurements to the final styling touches, every project is designed with the same passion and attention to detail.

Solum is slowly coming to life. ✨

Today was another exciting day on site, as we visited several of our projects at Solum.

With the first deliveries arriving, it’s time to fine-tune every detail. We completed the final measurements, checked every finish and made sure everything is exactly as envisioned before the styling begins.

It’s one thing to create a concept on paper, but seeing it gradually come to life inside the space is what makes this process so rewarding.

A few more steps to go… and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming 🤎

A peek bts: concept to creation 👀

Some of our favorite moments happen long before the final reveal.

The mood boards have been approved, the first deliveries have arrived and the vision we’ve been working on for months is finally starting to come to life 🤎

Right now, we’re bringing several apartments in Solum to life while also working on a beautiful villa in the South of Tenerife. Seeing every carefully selected piece find its place never gets old.

There’s still plenty to do, but this is the part we love most… watching a concept slowly transform into a home.

We can’t wait to show you some final results🤎

What brings us together? A shared love for elevated Mediterranean living and creating homes that feel timeless, personal and effortless.

And while our projects are based in Tenerife, our story stretches a little further.

One of the things we love most? Seeing relationships grow beyond borders.

Clients we first welcomed and guided in Tenerife are now sitting down with Jelle in Belgium, continuing their design journey from a little closer to home. Meanwhile, our team in Tenerife is still taking care of their island projects.

Different countries, one team, and the same familiar faces along the way.
