From the heartbeat of trees and earth, these vessels carry the quiet breath of nature.

Carved from solid wood and finished with layers of natural lacquer, they seal time and touch into their surfaces.

The red and black lacquer evokes the shifting rhythm of day and night—the moment when the black sky glows faintly red as the sun begins to rise.

And that faint green, fading into yellow—like the first morning light filtering through a damp forest.

To hold one is to hold a fragment of landscape, captured in wood and lacquer.

At the end of June 2025, we temporarily closed the doors to this physical space.

We’re now stepping into a new chapter, looking for the next place to root ourselves, and open to new possibilities ahead.

We‘ll definitely be back.

At Rui Space, we wrapped up our tea gathering with .co at the end of June.

We carefully selected three teas, guiding everyone through the brewing process, highlighting their unique flavors, and sharing the stories behind each one.

Each tea was thoughtfully paired with handmade snacks and served in carefully chosen teaware.

It was a moment to slow down, reconnect with the present, and savor life’s simple pleasures, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and made the experience so memorable.

Not long ago, we said some changes were on the way — now it’s happening. We’re moving.

Our current space will be closing at the end of June as we take some time to pause, reflect, and search for a new home. It might take a few months, but this isn’t goodbye.

We’ll still be around — active, dreaming, and organizing things here and there. And we’ll share updates along the way.

Thanks for being with us. We’ll see you again soon.
