🍵 El mes pasado tuvimos el placer de celebrar una ceremonia del té especial con Anna, de y
Desde las colinas envueltas en niebla de Umegashima, el viaje continúa cruzando el mar hasta las montañas de Formosa que rodean Sun Moon Lake. Ambos tés que compartimos en esta ceremonia nacen de plantas autóctonas, cultivadas a partir de semilla—expresiones de sus paisajes en su forma más original.
Estamos muy agradecidos a Anna por esta experiencia tan única. 💚🙏💚

🍵 Last month we’ve had the pleasure to host a special tea ceremony with Anna from and
From the misty hills of Umegashima, to the Formosa mountains surrounding Sun Moon Lake. Both teas we share in this ceremony come from native, seed-grown plants—expressions of their landscapes in their most original form.

🥹 ¡Qué alegría cuando encuentras un buen producto! Siempre estoy muy agradecida de poder trabajar con estos increíbles ingredientes.

El otoño pasado, recibimos este magnífico jengibre fresco ecológico procedente de nuestro cultivador favorito – lo hemos estado conservando en un tarro con hibisco, esperando con impaciencia a que comenzara la temporada del kumquat. Es un gusto poder decir que la espera ya ha terminado… ¡vuelve el jengibre joven encurtido con kumquat e hibisco! 🌈🎊

🥹 What a joy it is when you find a good product! I’m always so grateful to work with these incredible ingredients.

We received these gorgeous organic fresh ginger from our favourite cultivator, Ebio Farm, last autumn. And we’ve been safeguarding them in a jar pickled with hibiscus, impatiently waiting for kumquat season to begin. It’s nice to say that the wait is over… Pickled young ginger with kumquat and hibiscus is back! 🌈🎊
