Mallorca Cricket Club is actively seeking a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferably based on the island) to support the development of a new cricket ground. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
- Coordination and Communication: Efficiently scheduling and organising meetings with town hall officials, real estate professionals, architects, and construction professionals.
- Research and Information Gathering: Diligently searching for and collating information on land purchasing options and exploring potential venues for junior cricket practices and matches.
- Social Media and Outreach: Managing social media platforms to effectively engage and recruit new players and coaches, bolstering our community presence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a PA or VA role.
- Proficiency in Catalan language.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
