🏗️ From Key to Key: A Stress-Free Transformation in Finestrat

Imagine handing over the keys to your brand-new penthouse and returning to Spain a few weeks later with nothing to do but unpack your suitcase. 🌴✨

This project was all about peace of mind. We transformed this stunning 3-bedroom penthouse with panoramic views of Benidorm and the Mediterranean Sea into a dream holiday home—all while the owners were away.

What full project management means to us:
• Key Collection: We were there from the very first moment.
• Interior Design: Designing every inch of the space in the spirit of "beige elegance."
• Seamless Ex*****on: From furniture delivery to the final decorative touch, we managed everything online and remotely.
• Turnkey Handover: By the time the family arrived for the summer, everything was perfectly in place. 🥂

No dust, no stress, no language barriers—just breathtaking views and absolute comfort. The owner’s only job was to enjoy the result.

This Alicante apartment was intentionally designed for short-term rental, with the clear goal of standing out from the crowd — not only visually, but also in terms of quality and overall experience.
Throughout the design process, it was essential to avoid the typical “rental property” feel and instead create an interior that represents a higher standard through its style, material choices, and attention to detail.

Clean spatial planning, warm tones, natural materials, and carefully considered functionality define the space — all while positioning the apartment more strongly as an investment and allowing it to be rented in a higher category.
It was equally important for the owner that, when used personally, the apartment would feel like a true home rather than a compromise.

This project is a clear example that short-stay accommodation and high-quality interior design do not exclude each other — on the contrary, together they create long-term value.

The second bedroom on the upper floor features its own private bathroom, a spacious terrace, and a direct view of the pool.
Neutral beige tones harmonise with the home’s overall colour palette, while natural light fills the space throughout the day.
The walls are finished with Osaka textured paint, and—just like in every room of the house—a wall-mounted TV has been installed at the owner’s request.

The room also includes a cosy lounge / relaxation corner with two armchairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening and a glass of wine. The same atmosphere continues on the terrace, where a private seating area overlooks the pool.

Clean, comfortable and timeless — an ideal space for privacy and relaxation.

This villa features three bedrooms – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. This is one of the upstairs bedrooms, overlooking the street and the mountains. Despite facing the street, it remains peaceful and quiet, located in a serene avenue lined with luxury villas.

Bathed in natural light, the room exudes calm through its soft beige tones and tactile textures. The upholstered double bed serves as the focal point, surrounded by subtle, neutral accents that embody the essence of modern Mediterranean elegance.

At the client’s request, every bedroom includes a television, creating a comfortable space for evening relaxation. Here, a small reading nook replaces the need for a workspace, making it the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy a morning coffee.

As is typical in Spain, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The natural light, warm materials, and balanced palette make this one of the most refined rooms in the villa. 🌾

In this modern Finestrat home, both the dining room and living room open directly onto the terrace, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to merge seamlessly.

The centerpiece of the dining area is a solid wood table, paired with soft bouclé chairs – elegant, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to clean and family-friendly.
Many people confuse bouclé with heavy, teddy-like textures, but these modern summer versions are breathable and cool, even in the Spanish climate. ☀️

The large, custom-made mural wallpaper was a special client request – they wanted a coastal-inspired image that would still feel modern and minimalist, not retro.
We found the perfect balance, and it became the focal point of the entire home. 🌊

A track lighting system runs through from the kitchen, visually connecting the spaces.
And the proximity between the indoor and outdoor dining areas makes family meals effortless – whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s equally comfortable both inside and out.

🇬🇧 The entrance area of villa parís was designed with minimalism and function in mind. since the electrical systems are hidden behind the built-in cabinet, only movable pieces could be placed here. a small seat was added for comfort when coming or going, while the cabinet provides space for coats. a compact table serves for essentials like keys — everything practical, light, and perfectly aligned with the villa’s minimalist concept.

🇪🇸 La entrada de villa parís se diseñó con un enfoque minimalista y funcional. como los sistemas eléctricos están ocultos detrás del armario empotrado, solo se pudieron colocar elementos móviles. se añadió un pequeño asiento para mayor comodidad al entrar o salir, mientras que el armario sirve para guardar los abrigos. una mesita compacta permite dejar las llaves y lo esencial — todo práctico, ligero y en armonía con el concepto minimalista de la villa.
