✨ From Vision to Reality: Modern Garden & Pool House project ✨

​Every great project starts as an empty canvas! Here is how we turned a basic backyard into a modern luxury oasis:

​Licensing & Permits: Secured all local municipal approvals and building licenses to ensure total legal compliance before ground breaking.

​Concept & Visualisation: Sketched out initial design concepts, mapping the layout for the pool house, hardscaping, and surrounding greenery.

​Site Prep & Demolition: Cleared the grassy area, prepped the ground, and upgraded underlying plumbing and electrical infrastructure.

​Construction & Hardscaping: Built the modern pool house structure, installed sleek stone tiling across the patio, and completely retiled the pool.

​Landscaping & Final Touches: Planted palms, trees, and hedges, added custom raised planters, and perfected every detail over months of dedicated work.

Rules were made to be bent, but design rules? Made to be completely rewritten.

​Stepping away from predictable marble and modern minimalism to blend raw, unrefined stone basins with sleek brushed gold and glossy, variegated vertical tiles. The play between cool olive-grey hues, warm glowing metal, and raw tactile elements proves that taking a risk on unexpected texture and color combinations always pays off.

Dare to say no to beige and go out of the minimalism trap.

In this project we combined the best of the materials - black and white carrara marble, rose gold details and porcelain tiles.

We wanted this bathroom to feel as inviting as possible, we added decorations, candles, plants and even textiles.

Every detail was planned and thought of.

Everything was specially ordered and polled from the catalogue, we didn't want this design to be easily repeated.
