Antique painted watch tower, circa 1900

This tall antique wooden clock tower features a painted structure decorated with hand-painted floral motifs in red, orange, green, and ochre tones. The upper section has an arched opening designed to house the clock, framed by mouldings and decorative painted details.

The narrow central body is also decorated with floral motifs and includes a small opening, while the shaped cornice and base are finished with darker wood mouldings that frame the painted surface.

Its particularly tall and narrow proportions make it a distinctive architectural piece for an entrance hall, living room, or bedroom. It can also be used as a decorative display stand, adding height and colour to a room without taking up much floor space.

Antique painted blue wooden chest (c.1900)

This long antique wooden chest features a rustic painted finish in faded blue and natural wood tones. The surface shows extensive wear, with areas where the original blue paint has worn away to reveal the wood underneath, creating a layered and textured appearance.

The simple rectangular construction, raised end panels, visible wood grain, and aged paintwork give the piece a strong primitive character. Its generous interior provides practical storage, while the long, low proportions make it suitable as a coffee table, blanket chest, or at the foot of a bed.

Antique Baroque Cupboard, dated 1831

This early 19th-century Baroque cupboard features a painted wooden structure with two doors, a shaped cornice, and raised mouldings. The deep green façade is decorated with hand-painted floral motifs and ornamental scrollwork in warm red, ochre, and gold tones.

Each door has two framed panels with detailed floral arrangements, while the central section and side mouldings are decorated with additional painted details. Original metal hardware and the darker wooden mouldings complete the design.

The aged painted surface shows natural wear and variations in colour, adding to the character of the piece. With its generous storage space and decorative front, it would work well in a dining room, living room, hallway, or bedroom.

Antique Baroque Cupboard, dated 1794

Large 18th-century European cupboard with a painted wooden structure, two doors, and two lower drawers. The front features framed panels decorated with hand-painted floral bouquets, combined with blue-green painted mouldings and decorative metal hardware.

The shaped cornice and carved scroll details give it its characteristic Baroque appearance, while the aged paintwork shows natural wear and variations in colour from almost 230 years of use.

A practical storage piece that works particularly well in a dining room, entrance hall, or living room, where its painted façade can become the main decorative element.
