Area: 65 sq.m.
Location: Moscow, Russia
Year: 2022

Our client is a newly married couple who has expressed their desire to implement Neoclassical style in the apartment with 65 sq.m.
Of total area. Due to the insufficient budget, the main task for our team was designing a project without dismantling the existing partitions.

To satisfy the client’s preferences, we used traditional neoclassical finishing materials. The kitchen and living room were combined. However, floor covering allowed us to create a zoning of these spaces. Two columns were installed in the tv area, providing coverage for The heating system that was left by the builders. A small dressing room, designed using glass partitions with sliding doors, was placed in the wide entrance hall. Floor-to-ceiling mirror walls visually expanded the master bedroom. To free up the space in the main Bathroom, the second one was chosen to be turned into a laundry room with washer and dryer machines as well as a storage system.

Type: apartment
Area: 38 sq.m.
Location: Moscow, Russia
Year: 2022

The project was designed for a young man who works remotely as a graphic designer, therefore, spends a significant amount of time
at home. His preference — a clean, minimalistic style, with uncluttered lines and textures. The main task was integrating a workstation into the living space harmoniously and efficiently.
Usable floor area of the apartment is 38 sq.m.

In the original layout, there was a partition dividing the room into kitchen and bedroom. However, in order for the apartment to look more spacious, it was chosen to combine these two areas together. Light shades of wall finish, shadow gaps and the effect of “soaring” ceiling are skillfully used to expand the space visually. The zoning of the workplace was achieved with the use of different wall decoration materials. The apartment is well edited, with every piece of furniture having a distinct purpose and meaning.
