What type of projects do you want? For years I talked and wrote about my passion for choreographing guest experiences. How every step a guest takes in hospitality can make a story unfold like a drama or story: subtly, boldly yet intuitively. From the arrival, the pull on the front doors, every space can be a chapter or an act, revealing or surprising what may come next.

Guess what: 1 1/2 years ago I was asked to design a theater for Wynn Resort Al Marjan, UAE. Every space was to be immersive, even the restrooms!

“Where Silence Becomes Couture: The New Language of Ultra-Luxury Wellness”

When I design a spa like this, I’m not thinking about furniture, finishes, or form. I am thinking about how a guest’s body will soften the moment they arrives.

This relaxation lounge is designed like a quiet ritual: arrival, pause, release. Nothing is accidental. Nothing is rushed. The architecture flows rather than directs. There are no hard thresholds, only transitions.

Light is diffused, never confrontational. Water becomes a reflective partner, doubling space and dissolving edges, encouraging the mind to let go of control.

Each alcove here is intentionally intimate, a personal sanctuary within a shared environment.

And that, to me, is the highest form of luxury.
