I’ll be just over here, giving you a minute..

Let’s be honest, those many years in the interior design, house renovation community, we’ve all experienced this right? Some as soon as they’ve entered the showroom, and sat down. The difference of opinions about tiles, budget, anything, tensions get frought..

A few tips to keep clients cool, for a positive experience:

1. Don’t react - understanding with our professional background that normally this is the first time your clients have gone through this experience. Lead them..

2. Give them space - look through samples, be checking plans over on the computer, essentially give them a few minutes to discuss between them selves.

3. Try to read the room - and pleasing the both of them by searching for a compromise. Coming up with a different sample of flooring, a change in budget for a certain area, finding solutions. Have options at hand.

4. Trust - I like to make light of the situation..a little joke about ‘I have a couples therapy as my other business’ often gets a smile and an atmosphere reset. They know you’re their friend throughout this process, they can open up and you’ll find the right solution for both of them.

A real 💎 boutique jewelry showroom.

When given the brief for this luxury comercial project, we were delighted to really display the oppulence and lifestyle of such clientele, with the exclusive consumer experience in mind. The beautiful burgundy stone, combined with glass and classic paneling. The renaissance ceiling design in itself is the centre of attention, let alone the lavish chandelier, the client went ‘all out’ on, to make a statement, assuring, ‘nothing but the best’.

the outcome is totally unique, and the Blackshaw team know the importance of retail design and corporate branding identity for both business owners and the user.
